Yes. Each line multiplies quantity × unit price; the subtotal, tax amount (at the rate you set — VAT, IVA, sales tax) and grand total update automatically.
Where is my invoice data stored?
Only in your browser (localStorage on your device), so your details and last invoice are prefilled next time. Nothing is uploaded — we never see your clients, prices or totals.
Is the PDF valid as a legal invoice?
The PDF contains everything a standard invoice needs: parties, date, unique number, line items, tax breakdown and totals. Legal requirements vary by country (e.g. sequential numbering, tax IDs), so make sure you fill the fields your jurisdiction requires.
Is it safe to use this tool with confidential documents?
