Is the rotation permanent?
Yes. The page rotation is written into the PDF itself, so it opens correctly in every viewer — Adobe Reader, browsers, phones and print dialogs.
Can I rotate different pages by different angles?
Run the tool once per angle (it takes seconds), or use the Organize PDF tool to rotate each page individually from thumbnails.
Does rotating affect quality or file size?
No. Rotation only changes a page property; the content is not re-encoded, so quality and size stay the same.
Is it safe to use this tool with confidential documents?
