Make a passport or ID photo at home

Take a photo against a plain wall, upload it here and get a file at the exact official dimensions your country requires — 2×2 inches for the US, 35×45 mm for the EU, UK, India and most of the world, 33×48 mm for China, 50×70 mm for Canada — at a true 300 dpi so print shops and online applications accept it. Optionally get a 4×6 in (10×15 cm) sheet with several copies and cut guides for printing at any kiosk. Your photo never leaves your device.

This tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. There is no upload step and no server processing — open your network panel and check: zero document data is transmitted. It even keeps working offline once the page has loaded.

    Frequently asked questions

Will the photo be accepted officially?

The file meets the size and resolution rules (exact mm/inches at 300 dpi). Whether the picture itself is accepted depends on you: neutral expression, plain light background, no glasses glare, face centred and not cropped. Frame the shot with plenty of space around the head.

    How do I print it?

Choose “Photo + print sheet”: you get a 4×6 in (10×15 cm) JPG with several copies and cut guides — the standard size every photo kiosk and pharmacy printer accepts. Print at 100% / “actual size”.

Can it change the background to white?

Not automatically — that needs manual editing. Photograph yourself in front of a plain white or light-grey wall in daylight and the result is accepted almost everywhere.

Is it safe to use this tool with confidential documents?

Yes — and verifiably so. PDFAgent has no upload step: your file is processed by JavaScript running in your own browser and never leaves your device. You can open your browser’s network panel (or even go offline after loading the page) and confirm that no document data is transmitted.
