Convert Excel to PDF
Turn a spreadsheet into a tidy PDF table you can email or print. Reads .xlsx, .xls and .csv, draws each sheet as a bordered grid with auto-sized columns, across as many pages as needed. Ideal for invoices, price lists and reports.
How to use the Excel to PDF tool
Select or drag your .xlsx, .xls or .csv file.
Pick page orientation.
Click “Convert to PDF” and download the table.
Your files stay on your device
This tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. There is no upload step and no server processing — open your network panel and check: zero document data is transmitted. It even keeps working offline once the page has loaded.
Frequently asked questions
Does it keep my Excel formatting (colors, fonts)?
It reproduces the data as a clean bordered table with header emphasis, not cell-by-cell styling. The goal is a readable, printable PDF of your values — colors and conditional formatting are not carried over.
What about formulas?
Formula results (the calculated values) are shown, exactly as they appear in the sheet — not the formula text.
Multiple sheets?
Each worksheet is converted in turn, starting on a new page, with the sheet name as a heading.
Is it safe to use this tool with confidential documents?
Yes — and verifiably so. PDFAgent has no upload step: your file is processed by JavaScript running in your own browser and never leaves your device. You can open your browser’s network panel (or even go offline after loading the page) and confirm that no document data is transmitted.
